Quick verdict
Buy the EVO if you have one or two cats, a small space, and you mainly want to stop scooping. Skip it and buy the 4 or 5 Pro if you have three or more cats, a large cat over about 15 lb, or you want per-cat health tracking.

What it does well
Size. It fits in a bathroom corner where a 4 would block the door. If space is the constraint, this is the only Litter-Robot that solves it.
Same core mechanism. Rotating globe, sifting screen, sealed waste drawer. The cleaning is the same idea as the bigger units, just smaller.
Quiet. The cycle is quiet enough that a nervous cat adjusted in under a week using the 30-day plan.
Price. It is the cheapest way to never scoop again and still get a 90-day trial.
What you give up
- Capacity. The drawer fills faster. Two cats means emptying every three days or so.
- Large cats. The globe is smaller. A big Maine Coon type cat will not be comfortable.
- Health data. Usage counts only. No cat ID, no per-cat trends.
- Odor tech. No OdorTrap or WasteID. A deodorizer pod in the drawer is more important here than on the bigger models.
